HP partnered with Disney and Lucas Firm to release the much awaited starwars episode 7 “The Force awaken also designed specific products in commemoration of the movie launch. One of the top products launched was the HP Starwars SE product (HP Starwars special edition product) a product designed for millennials to continuously give them the Starwars experience even on a PC.

To launch this product, HP embarked on a global simultaneous launch to also include private movie screens globally. HP also required to have significant online presence with the launch and have selected audience be invited for the private movie screening in addition to product sellout.

What We Did

Myndaz Touch solution included coming up with a trio campaign. Myndaz Touch engaged Ice prince Zamani top Nigerian Music entertainer to headline our ONLINE campaign challenge and private movie screening also worked with Retail partners to execute instore campaigns. Ice Prince engaged audience online with carefully structured challenge content around the movie and HP products on Facebook, twitter and Instagram

Result

Increased sales of HP premium products at all retail outlets in Lagos, Abuja and Port-Harcourt. Created the desired awareness for the brand and movie Launch in Nigeria.
